5 Ways to Stay Calm During Arrest

1. Practice deep breathing

Keep in mind that you don’t have to agree to any search. It’s required by law for any officer to have the right paperwork completed and a warrant in hand before doing this.

Always say no to any search that this individual may want to do unless these things are in order.
